Storage Integration
The Plasma 5 was already ahead of its competitors when it comes to storage integration. The new Plasma 6 reaches an even higher level. It allows you to store all your spare parts and nutrition inside the frame design. The new hydration system also makes it possible to stay in the aero position during hydration and nutrition intake, plus it makes it easy to refill on the fly.
Down Tube Position
The most aerodynamic, optimised position of the down tube would be directly behind the front tyre, but the slightest of movements in the front wheel would already create strong turbulence and significantly increase the drag. Extensive testing revealed that the second-fastest position is to have a significant gap between the front tyre and the down tube, which makes it the fastest one in real-life conditions.
Back Wheel Adjustability
The closer the tyre is to the seat tube, the more aero it is. In contrast to the front end, the back wheel is always aligned with the seat tube. To give every rider the chance to ride the most aerodynamic position no matter the wheel or tyre choice, you have 6 different wheel mount positions.
